Get to know me.

I am a bilingual multimedia journalist with a focus on health disparities and borderland issues. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in interviewing individuals from diverse backgrounds, amplifying their voices, and telling their stories. Currently, I report on political health issues impacting marginalized communities, including covering the ongoing measles outbreak.

My skill set includes news writing for broadcast, capturing my own footage for packages, video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, and utilizing industry-standard news programs such as CNN Newsource and AP ENPS. On top of reporting, I also have experience covering the weather forecast segment. 

This array of experiences demonstrates my flexibility and work ethic to get things done!
